We offer flat-rate ground shipping of $49 for all adult bicycles within the continental United States. Smaller components and accessories ship for free on orders over $99.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is Washo's return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to bicycle returns to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging.
Do your bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all new bikes sold at Washo's include a limited lifetime frame warranty and a one-year warranty on original components against manufacturing defects.
Can I finance my purchase?

Do you offer professional tuning services?
If you are local to our flagship store, every bike purchase includes one free 'Break-In Tune-Up' within the first six months of ownership to ensure your cables and gears are perfectly adjusted.
